Frosty Pine has been transforming homes across the UK since 2011. We specialise in residential renovations and interior design, combining thoughtful planning with skilled craftsmanship to create spaces our clients love.
Our team includes experienced interior designers, project managers, carpenters, and specialist trades. Every project, regardless of size, receives careful attention and the same commitment to quality that has built our reputation.
We're fully insured and accredited members of the Federation of Master Builders and the British Institute of Interior Design. All our electrical and gas work is carried out by certified professionals registered with the appropriate regulatory bodies.
Finding Us
By Car
Our office is located just off the A456, approximately fifteen minutes from Birmingham city centre. Woodland Avenue is a quiet residential street with unrestricted parking available along the road.
If using satellite navigation, the postcode B15 3QR will bring you directly to our door. There's a small blue sign with our company name visible from the street.
By Public Transport
The nearest train station is Birmingham New Street, approximately three miles away. From there, take bus number 23 or 45 towards Edgbaston, alighting at the Woodland Avenue stop. The journey takes roughly twenty minutes.
Alternatively, the local metro stop at Five Ways is approximately a fifteen-minute walk from our office. Head west along Broad Street, then turn left onto Woodland Avenue.
Local Landmarks
We're situated between the Botanical Gardens and the University of Birmingham campus, in a primarily residential area. The nearest major landmark is Edgbaston Cricket Ground, about half a mile south of our location.

Initial consultations at your property are provided at no charge and without obligation. This gives us both the opportunity to assess whether we're a good fit for your project.
If you'd like a detailed design consultation with mood boards and specific recommendations, we offer half-day sessions for £450. These are particularly valuable if you're planning to manage some aspects yourself and want professional design input.
Our schedule typically fills several months in advance, particularly for larger renovations. After we provide a quotation and you approve it, work usually begins within two to four months.
Smaller projects or design consultations can often be scheduled more quickly. We'll always be transparent about our current availability when we discuss your project.
Yes, we're happy to connect you with previous clients who have completed similar projects. Most are willing to share their experiences and even show you the finished work.
We can also provide examples from our portfolio that demonstrate our capabilities in different types of renovation and design styles.

Property Visit
We'll arrange to visit your property at a time that suits you. This meeting typically lasts an hour and involves discussing your vision, assessing the space, and exploring possibilities and constraints.
Proposal Development
Based on our discussion, we'll develop initial design concepts and a detailed quotation. This process usually takes one to two weeks, depending on project complexity.
Refinement
We'll present our proposals and refine them based on your feedback. This might involve several iterations until we arrive at a design you're completely happy with.
Scheduling
Once you approve the design and quotation, we'll schedule your project into our calendar and confirm start dates. We'll keep you informed of any materials that need selecting or decisions that need making before work begins.

While we're based in Birmingham, we work on projects throughout the United Kingdom. The majority of our work takes place within the Midlands and surrounding counties, but we regularly undertake projects further afield for the right fit.
Recent projects have included properties in London, Oxford, Cambridge, Bristol, Manchester, and various locations across the Home Counties. Distance doesn't affect our commitment to quality, though we're transparent about any additional costs involved in projects requiring significant travel.
